Jennifer Fraser, Director of Professional Services and Support

Jennifer has nearly 20 years’ experience leading Professional Services organizations. Her experience ranges from service organization to SaaS companies. She served as Director of the Northeast region for Automatic Data Processing’s PEO division, driving process improvements and developing a top performing Professional Services team. She also served as Director of UKG’s (FKA Kronos) Workforce Ready organization, leading an overall team of nearly 100 both in the US and abroad. During this time, Jennifer helped drive process improvements, implementation methodology improvements and was presented with the Kronos ‘Courage to Lead’ award.

Jennifer brings her experience in Professional Services to Nicus as Director of Professional Services and Support, helping deliver world class service to our valued customers.
