As Vice President of Customer Success, Matthew brings extensive experience in SaaS professional services, helping customers maximize value from their technology investments. With a career spanning over a decade at Apptio and IBM, he has led professional services organizations focused on IT Financial Management (ITFM) and Technology Business Management (TBM) solutions, driving customer success through strategic consulting and service excellence.
A results-driven leader, Matthew specializes in building and scaling customer-facing teams, optimizing service delivery, and driving long-term customer retention. Passionate about creating high-performing, customer-centric organizations, he thrives on solving complex challenges and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys cooking and any opportunity to experience fine dining. A proud alumnus of the University of North Carolina, he is an avid Tar Heels fan. Most importantly, he loves spending time with his family, including his amazing wife and two great boys. Matthew resides in the Triangle area of North Carolina.
