Eric Stoop is Chief Executive Officer of Nicus Software, bringing more than two decades of experience building, scaling, and leading enterprise technology companies. He has founded and led multiple software businesses across SaaS, fintech, and capital markets, with a consistent focus on product excellence, operational discipline, and long-term customer value.
Prior to Nicus, Eric served as CEO of Ease.io, a cloud-based audit and performance insights platform for the manufacturing industry. Under his leadership, Ease.io grew into a global solution used in more than 40 countries, helping manufacturers move from manual, paper-based processes to mobile, real-time insight, and more recently driving innovation through AI-enabled solutions that reimagined how frontline work is observed, learned, and improved.
Earlier in his career, Eric founded and led several technology companies, including Nexa Technologies, which was acquired by Penson Worldwide, as well as Verticlear and Quartermove Securities. He has also advised sponsor-backed technology companies on strategy, growth, and execution.
Eric is known for his operator’s mindset and customer-centric leadership style. He is passionate about helping organizations use technology more effectively, scale with confidence, and create durable value in complex operating environments.
