Janie Longfellow serves as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Nicus, where she leads engineering and oversees company-wide operational execution, ensuring the organization scales effectively and executes with discipline across teams and functions. She brings more than 20 years of experience building Software-as-a-Service products and strengthening delivery, governance, and execution in complex enterprise environments.
Before joining Nicus, Janie led the Portfolio and Project Management organization for Agilent Technologies’ $1.2B services business, where she established portfolio governance, improved cross-functional execution, and enabled data-driven decision-making across the organization. She joined Agilent through acquisition as Vice President of Engineering for iLab Solutions. Previously, she served as Senior Director of Product Development at Acronis, leading global teams delivering enterprise SaaS products.
Janie is known for her ability to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives, balancing rigor and speed while aligning teams around shared goals. She resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and two children. When she’s not at her desk, she enjoys cooking, reading, and planning her next trip.
