Robin Wadsworth
Chief Executive Officer
Robin Wadsworth is Chief Executive Officer of Nicus, bringing more than 30 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming enterprise software companies. At Nicus, she leads the company’s strategy and execution, with a focus on strengthening customer partnerships, accelerating innovation, and helping technology and finance leaders make smarter decisions about enterprise technology investments. She is passionate about engaging directly with customers and using their priorities and experiences to help shape how Nicus continues to innovate and deliver value.
Prior to Nicus, Robin served as CEO of Thought Industries, where she led product-led growth, AI innovation, and company-wide operational transformation. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership positions at BlackLine and PROS. At BlackLine, a leading financial operations platform for the Office of the CFO, Robin helped scale the business through its successful IPO.
Robin serves as an Executive Board Director for the Van Noy Valor Foundation. She earned a B.S. in Computer Science and Business Administration from Western New England University and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business. Based in Boston, she enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing, pickleball, cooking, and supporting Boston sports teams.
