Wayne Kaplan, Senior Vice President of Global Sales

Wayne Kaplan comes to Nicus with over 30 years of experience in senior enterprise sales and executive leadership across the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry, with his most recent role being VP of Enterprise Sales for Flexera, a leading solution provider for technology asset and cloud spend optimization.

Prior to Flexera, Wayne co-founded and was president and COO of a SaaS, Field Marketing Automation solution targeted to Financial Services distribution called Navagate.  Prior to Navagate, Wayne was VP of Sales and Marketing at G2X, where he helped deliver a $40M exit to Cisco, creating an 8x return for investors.

Wayne also spent 9+ years at cybersecurity giant Symantec – moving up the company’s executive ranks over 10 years to National Director of Corporate Sales and responsible for a third of the company’s then $650M global revenue.

Wayne resides in Northeast Philadelphia with his wife and youngest of three sons.  When not in a plane, in front of customers or with his family, he can be found somewhere riding on two-wheels, contemplating life.
